Our weight loss program is very flexible and taylored to your personal situation.
One-on-one
The most thorough program takes you by the hand and guides you week by week with life sessions and
customized follow-up recordings so you stay on track and start seeing results. Six- or 12-week programs addressing
topics similar to the group program with added attention to your situation.
Small Group
Group classes allow us to drop the price significantly and provide all the information to achieve
your ideal weight. Small groups (5 to 8 people) meet once a week for 6 weeks. You receive a beautiful manual and
3 follow-up CDs to continue the work between meetings and afterwords. We have had wonderful success with this
program if you committ to do your part!
Nadine uses various powerful techniques to help you start releasing those stubborn
extra pounds! This program includes: tons of information on the foods that interfere with your body releasing
fat, resetting your cravings to good healthy foods, be satisfied on less amounts, avoiding plateaus and
sabotaging yourself; changing deep core beliefs about food, body image and other patterns inherited from family,
culture, etc.; learning to love yourself, and start having fun moving more!
